•Updated re opening Plan

Dear all.

Members wishing to enter the Club will have to show the recorded result (registered with the NHS) of a swab test taken within 24 hours of their session.

Kits are available free from Local Authorities.

Masks or visors or both are to be used at all times the only exception being when refreshments are being consumed.

At such times social distancing is essential.

An online booking system will allow for 16 places to be prebooked .

The club will open at 8.30 am (and unless prior notice is given indicating a later arrival time) these bookings will be held until 9.30am.

Any member who has not booked a place will only be admitted if a vacancy exists and they have proof of the self testing system showing a negative result.

Any untested person will need to take a test at the club and wait outside for 30 minutes to await the test result.

All members are reminded to observe Covid 19 safety rules.

Do not attend if you are unwell or have been in contact with someone who has proved positive.

For those admitted please observe that additional sanitizing materials are available and must be applied to any club equipment used, this of course includes visors as well a lathe or tools and machinery.

Members are once again reminded that everyone has to play their part in not only safety issues but also responsibility for club cleanliness and maintaining tidiness at all times. Unfortunately at the time of writing not all sessions are available due to lack of session leaders or assistants.

Whilst we hope to resume a full service as soon as possible the following days will be open :- Monday Day time, Tuesday daytime, Wednesday Daytime, Thursday Daytime, Saturday Morning.

Finally please remember only two blue badge holders are allowed to bring a vehicle beyond the barrier. Barry L.Hartley Club Secretary
